Continuing Education Program

Refund Policy

The cancellation of a one-day event for less than 5 days prior to the workshop participants will receive a credit for future seminar. For a cancellation prior to this, participants would receive a full refund.

For a three, five, or seven-day training program participants will need to cancel 30 days prior to the event for a full refund, less than 30 days 50% refund and/or full credit for future training.

*Please note: There is a $25 charge to process all refunds

Grievance Policy

Each grievance will be reviewed by a collegial pier committee of three and responded to in writing or by telephone within 72 hours of receipt of the complaint. Anyone demanding a legitimate full refund will receive it without any question less the processing fee. All grievances will be requested to be sent in writing so that program administrator can correct any such issues going forward for future seminars. Disability Accommodations

Seminars will be held at facilities that offer options for those with disabilities and have staff who can directly work with their needs. Attendees with special requirements should contact the workshop venue listed on the Schedule of Upcoming of Events website page ( or newsletter to advise them of their needs or contact the Program Administrator, Rhonda at for assistance.

Course Completion Certificates

The cost for a continuing education certificate is $25 made payable to Ronald Alexander. Certificates will be emailed no later than 48 hours after the completion of the course and attendance forms are verified. For any additional questions, please contact the Program Administrator Rhonda at
